Cafe Delight Non-Dairy Creamer is a powdered coffee whitener formulated from corn syrup solids and partially hydrogenated soybean oil as its primary components, with sodium caseinate derived from milk protein as an emulsifier. Despite the non-dairy label, sodium caseinate makes it unsuitable for those with dairy protein allergies or strict vegan requirements. Per 100 g, it delivers 500 calories, driven by the fat content of the hydrogenated oil and the carbohydrate density of the corn syrup solids. It contains trans fats from partial hydrogenation. Protein content is low. It is designed for use in small quantities to whiten and add body to hot beverages. This creamer is not nutritionally comparable to dairy cream and is best used in limited amounts.
