El Chavo Mini Jelly Stick is a small-format jelly candy in multiple fruit flavors -- strawberry, mango, apple, and grape -- made from water, sugar, fructose syrup, carrageenan as the gelling agent, citric and malic acids for tartness, and artificial flavors. Per 100 g, it contains 200 kcal and 30 g carbohydrates with no fat or protein. Potassium sorbate preserves freshness. Aspartame is listed as an additional sweetener alongside the sugar and fructose syrup. Artificial colors FD&C Yellow 5, Red 40, and Blue 1 provide the vibrant hues.
