Water, sucrose, and maltodextrin provide the carbohydrate base, while milk protein isolate and whey protein concentrate supply protein. Fat comes from high-oleic safflower or sunflower oil and soy oil, medium-chain triglycerides are included, and fiber is added via short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides.
