About HOT DOG BUNS
Schnucks Hot Dog Buns use the same enriched bleached wheat flour formula as the brand's bakery buns, with malted barley flour, water, sugar, soybean oil, yeast, eggs, dough conditioners including mono- and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium peroxide, cellulose gum, wheat gluten, and corn syrup solids, preserved with calcium propionate, and colored with Yellow 5 and Yellow 6. A 50g serving provides 300 calories, 8g protein, 48g carbs, 9g fat, and 2g fiber. The slightly larger 50g serving size compared to the 33g half-size buns is all that differs nutritionally between the two products in this line.
