Cafe Complements Hazelnut Flavored Coffee Creamer is mostly water, sugar, high oleic soybean oil, and corn syrup solids, with less than one percent actual dairy in the form of sodium caseinate. The hazelnut character comes entirely from natural and artificial flavors. Fat is moderate and sugar is high. This is a sweet, flavored emulsion rather than anything close to cream.
