The Anglesey sea salt folded into the recipe provides a gentle mineral contrast that stops the sweetness from feeling flat. Emulsified with organic soya lecithin and rounded out with vanilla, this is a noticeably more thoughtful milk chocolate than most, even if it remains firmly in the sweet, indulgent category.
