Bisto Gravy Granules are the iconic British instant gravy product from the Bisto brand, made from potato starch and maltodextrin as the base thickeners, palm oil for richness, wheat flour (fortified with calcium, iron, niacin, and thiamin), caramel color (E150c), and flavor enhancers MSG (E621) and E635 (a mixture of disodium inosinate and guanylate), emulsified with E322 (soy or sunflower lecithin). Per 100 g they deliver approximately 398 calories, 60 g carbohydrates, 16 g fat, and 1.7 g protein. Flavorings contain barley -- an additional gluten source beyond the wheat flour. Not suitable for those with gluten sensitivity or avoiding MSG. Suitable for vegetarians based on listed ingredients; contains no declared meat extract.
