International Delight Cookie Sundae Creamer is a non-dairy product built on water, cane sugar, and palm oil, with sodium caseinate from milk as a technicality. Polysorbate 60, carrageenan, and mono and diglycerides stabilize the emulsion. The flavor comes from natural and artificial sources. Per tablespoon, fat and sugar are both meaningful, and everything else is negligible. It whitens and sweetens coffee simultaneously, doing what a coffee creamer is supposed to do, but the combination of palm oil and multiple emulsifiers makes it a heavily processed product.
