Per 100g of dry mix: 385 kcal, 3.9g protein, 88.5g carbs, 1.9g fat, 3.8g fiber. The partially hydrogenated soybean oil in the dry mix contributes trans fat to the final product. Contains wheat and soy. Alkalized (Dutch-process) cocoa gives a darker color and milder, less acidic chocolate flavor. The dry mix requires the addition of eggs, oil, and water before baking.
