Sugar and bleached enriched wheat flour are the first two ingredients in Dierbergs Kitchen's Iced Pecan Brownies, and corn syrup, soybean oil, and partially hydrogenated soybean and palm oil follow closely. Alkalized cocoa gives them their brownie character, and pecans add texture and a small amount of unsaturated fat alongside the less favorable partially hydrogenated oils still in the formula.
