About DECORATING ICING WITH STAR TIP, WHITE
Favorite Day Decorating Icing with Star Tip in White is the uncolored base formulation of the Favorite Day star-tip piping icing range from Target. Without colorants, this icing provides a pure white appearance useful for snow effects, monochromatic decoration, and as a base layer for other colored decorations. The formulation contains sugar, palm oil and canola oil shortening with mono- and diglycerides and polysorbate 80, water, artificial flavor, corn starch, salt, and a meringue powder blend containing sodium aluminum sulfate, gum arabic, citric acid, cream of tartar, and vanillin. Xanthan gum provides viscosity, and potassium sorbate acts as a mold and yeast inhibitor for shelf stability. Natural and artificial vanilla creme flavor provides the taste profile. Allergens: eggs (egg whites in meringue powder). No wheat, dairy, soy, or nut allergens declared. The sodium aluminum sulfate in the meringue powder distinguishes this and other Favorite Day variants using the premium meringue powder blend from the simpler formulations found in some companion SKUs. At 371 calories per 100 grams with 17.1 grams of fat and 94.3 grams of carbohydrates, nutrition is identical to all variants in the Favorite Day icing series.
