The base is the standard Favorite Day icing formula: sugar, palm oil and canola oil shortening with mono- and diglycerides and polysorbate 80, water, artificial flavor, corn starch, salt, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, and natural and artificial vanilla creme flavor. No colorants. The white color comes from the shortening and the natural opacity of the sugar-fat matrix.
