Damak's dark chocolate with pistachios uses alkalized cocoa, which softens the bitterness compared to natural-process chocolate, producing a rounder, less acidic flavor. Pistachios add crunch and a subtle nuttiness without dominating. Milkfat appears in the formula, so it's not technically dairy-free. The fat is high and mostly from cocoa butter and the nuts.
