The combination of Blue 1 and Yellow 5 in aluminum lake forms produces stable decorations that resist color bleeding. Gum arabic appears as an additional stabilizer. Confectioner's glaze (shellac, an insect-derived resin) makes this product non-vegan. This product contains soy (soy lecithin).
