About COFFEE CREAMER, ORIGINAL
Original powdered coffee creamer from Spartan, a store brand. This non-dairy creamer is formulated from corn syrup solids, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, and sodium caseinate, a milk-derived protein, to mimic the creaminess of dairy without requiring refrigeration. Per 100g, it provides approximately 500 calories, 50g carbohydrates, and 25g fat, with no protein. Silicon dioxide prevents clumping, while mono- and diglycerides and soy lecithin improve emulsification. Despite the non-dairy label, sodium caseinate is a milk derivative. Suitable for use in hot coffee or tea. Not appropriate for those with dairy allergies. Contains partially hydrogenated oils.
