Abbott's Clear Nutrition Drink in Mixed Fruit is essentially sweetened, colored water with whey protein isolate and a dense packet of vitamins and minerals. Carbs come from corn maltodextrin and sugar, fat is essentially absent, and fiber is zero. It reads more like a fortified sports drink than a meal.
