About CHEESE
Sartori Parmesan Classic Grated Cheese uses real Parmesan made from pasteurized milk with traditional cultures, then blends in potato or corn starch to prevent the grated cheese from clumping in the container. The Parmesan itself brings the salty, nutty, concentrated flavor the variety is known for, and the protein content per serving is impressive. As with most pre-grated Parmesans, some of the fresh aromatic qualities are diminished, but this is a convenient and flavorful finishing cheese for everyday cooking.
