These small, shiny sugar pearls are made from dextrose, maltodextrin, and corn syrup, coated with a pearlescent finish using mica-based pigment and resinous glaze, and colored with certified food dyes. Per 100g, they deliver 400 calories, 80g carbohydrates, and no protein or fat. Carnauba wax and beeswax give the pearls their polished sheen. Designed for decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies at celebrations and events. Contains artificial colors including Yellow 5 and 6, Red 3 and 40, Blue 1, and titanium dioxide. Not vegan due to beeswax and shellac-based glaze.
