Vittoria Cappuccino Mix Coffee is an instant powdered cappuccino blend combining hydrogenated and/or coconut and palm oils, sugar, glucose solids, instant coffee, sodium caseinate (a milk derivative), cocoa, artificial flavors, dipotassium phosphate, and sucralose as an additional sweetener. Per 100 g, it provides approximately 467 calories, 2.7 g of protein, 60 g of carbohydrates, and 30 g of fat. The fat content is primarily from hydrogenated vegetable and coconut oils, which are high in saturated fat. Silicon dioxide prevents caking. Annatto provides the cream color.
