Minor's Beef Gravy Concentrate is a foodservice-grade base made from corn oil, modified cornstarch, roasted beef and concentrated beef stock, wheat flour, sauteed mushrooms and onions, beef fat, hydrolyzed corn, wheat and soy proteins, and caramel color. A 10 g serving contains 500 calories per 100 g, 40 g of fat, 40 g of carbs, and 10 g of protein. A commercial concentrate that produces beef gravy by diluting with hot water, used in volume cooking.
